Load method
The clients Load method is used to retrieve a specific item(s) by its id.
The following items are supported.
- Media - get the original item
- WebMedia - get a resized media and preserves the original content type (video, image)
- Thumbnail - get an image representation of the media (uses an icon if no conversion is available)
- Image - gets an Image representation of the item
- Video - gets a video representation of the item
